Observation Drawing

Observation drawing is not about copying an exact likeness or to make a pretty and clean drawing. Observational drawing is the opportunity to analyze form, movement, rhythm, weight and proportion, just to name a few. This sort of drawing is more of an exercise in gesture drawing and is what breathes life into all drawings done thereafter.
